Even though AI is not a new concept, PAC has witnessed phenomenal interest in AI-based tools and services in recent years. The meteoric rise of generative AI in 2024 and agentic AI in 2025 has disrupted the IT market and reshaped the approach to digital transformation.

All in all, some AI-related projects have reached a certain level of maturity with clients, but widespread adoption at a repeatable scale has yet to commonly occur across the services provider industry.
