Spencer Izard

Spencer is a PAC research director based in London, UK. He is responsible for research covering AI, digital customer engagement, cloud services, and cyber-security as part of PAC’s global research teams. He also leads consultancy engagements from technology and industry-focused perspectives. Spencer is a leader and strategist with 27 years of experience helping senior leaders and CxOs evolve how they operate their businesses. Before joining PAC, his most recent role was as the Global Head of Technology for Kino (a City & Guilds company); before this, he held roles at the LEF (an industry think-tank) as a Lead Researcher, at ServiceNow as an Executive Strategy Advisor, and Ovum (now Omdia) as the Chief Analyst for their global CxO practice. Before joining Ovum, he led IDC’s European CxO and Retail practices and worked for Microsoft and BP.
