Karsten has been with PAC in Munich since 2002. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Karsten leads PAC’s SITSI® research cluster on Cloud Computing, which includes qualitative trend reports and vendor profiles as well as quantitative data on market segments and vendors related to IT infrastructure and application transformation and operation. Within the framework of custom consulting projects, Karsten supports clients in strategic decision-making processes, portfolio analyses, positioning, partner search and M&A activities. He is also author of numerous PAC RADARs, white papers and trend studies, and regular speaker at events.
