Expert View: Reflections On Orange’s German Consultants & Partners Day 2026

Orange Business is repositioning itself from a connectivity-centric provider toward a trusted technology orchestrator covering connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and AI. The strategic logic is compelling: enterprises increasingly need someone to integrate fragmented technology ecosystems while maintaining security, sovereignty, governance, and operational control. Orange’s Live Intelligence platform demonstrates how this proposition could extend to agentic AI, combining model choice, agent orchestration, governance, and AI FinOps. The bigger opportunity, however, is not another AI platform. It is control of an increasingly complex enterprise technology environment. Orange can differentiate itself through the combination of network assets, sovereign infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and ecosystem partnerships. Execution will determine whether Orange Business can turn these capabilities into a coherent business outcome proposition.
