  • Kyndryl’s strategy is increasingly centered on mission-critical IT modernization, combining hybrid cloud, AI, data, and cyber resilience, with a stronger local push in France supported by a €100 million investment plan over three years.
  • Kyndryl positions itself as a vendor-agnostic transformation and infrastructure partner, leveraging a broad partner ecosystem spanning Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM, SAP, Oracle, and other key technology partners.

Pac’s opinion

  • Kyndryl is gradually moving beyond its inherited, IBM-led managed infrastructure customers toward a higher-value, alliance-led, and consulting-enhanced model. This shift is already reflected in performance indicators, with Kyndryl Consult growing by 26% in FY2025 and hyperscaler-related revenues reaching $1.2 billion worldwide.
  • In France, Kyndryl is increasingly well positioned in cloud, AI, and banking modernization; its planned investments will likely allow it to continue growing fast in the country.
