The report explores the company’s current strategy under Bain Capital ownership, with a focus on sector-specific platforms, repeatable IP, and applied AI. Inetum Spain’s investments in talent hubs, regional delivery, and cybersecurity centres make it well-placed to support clients in regulated sectors like government, health, and utilities.
Partnerships with Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow are central to its offerings, with multiple awards in 2025 highlighting successful cloud and security projects. New productised services, such as Express ScanDNI and healthcare data platforms, show a clear shift toward scalable, margin-resilient solutions.
However, execution risks remain. Talent shortages in Spain are significant, and Inetum’s ambitious five-year growth targets will require careful integration across its centres of excellence.
