Although it is proclaimed everywhere that "the customer is king", this does not always prove so in practice. As a customer, you often do not get the requested or expected services, which regularly leads to dissatisfaction and disputes. On the other hand, the supplier / service provider sometimes feels misunderstood and even hindered in the provision of services by the customer.
