Ayesa Digital - Vendor Profile - Worldwide

Ayesa Digital enters 2026 as a newly independent technology services provider following the separation of the former Ayesa group’s Digital and Engineering businesses. Acquired for €480 million by a Basque investor consortium, Ayesa Digital begins this new phase with significant scale, a broad IT services portfolio and a strong position in Spain.

The 2026 Ayesa Digital vendor profile examines how the company is repositioning following the ownership change and separation from Ayesa Engineering. The business generated €580 million in revenue, employs around 11,000 professionals and has established capabilities across applications, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, Data & AI and business operations.

Its strongest sector positions include Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Manufacturing, supported by long-standing client relationships and experience managing mission-critical technology environments.

Ayesa Digital’s new Shaping Our Future 2030 strategy focuses on Direction, Transformation, Commitment and Results. The company is increasing investment in AI, cybersecurity, automation and cloud, while seeking to improve delivery efficiency and expand higher-value services.

AI is becoming particularly important to the Ayesa Digital proposition and operating model. Initiatives such as the DEVAID agentic-AI software development platform illustrate how the company is applying AI not only to client solutions but also to software engineering and service delivery.

The profile assesses how Ayesa Digital can use its installed client base to expand into larger managed-services, AI and cybersecurity engagements, while increasing its international scale.

Key issues covered include:

  • the impact of the new ownership structure and management team;
  • the evolution of the service portfolio and delivery model;
  • major clients, contracts and sector strengths;
  • opportunities in AI, cloud and cybersecurity; and
  • competitive risks following the loss of the former Engineering–IT proposition.

PAC considers Ayesa Digital well positioned for its next phase, although successful execution and stronger international differentiation will be critical.
