Figure of the day: Investment in 5G - CxO survey - worldwide

5G networks are designed to offer increased speed of data transmission, lower latencies, as well as more network capacity, and therefore greater bandwidth. These are favorable conditions for IoT
technologies, which is why 39% of companies we surveyed for the CxO investment Survey say they will invest in the use of 5G technology over the next 2 years. Indeed, with faster data transmission being one of the main advantages of 5G networks, it makes a lot of sense for respondents to be also planning to invest more in technologies related to IoT-enabled data gathering and transmission.
