Arnold joined PAC in January 2017 and acts today as Head of digital customer experience (CX) and IoT. He has an industrial background and works nearly 25 years in the IT industry (product management, marketing, market intelligence). He is an analyst since 10 years and worked before PAC as Senior Market Development Advisor for Cloud Computing and Smart Industry Solutions at IBM and was Lead Advisor for IoT & Industry 4.0/industrial IoT at analyst firm Experton Group/ISG. He achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School (University of Reading, UK) and his thesis was about the diffusion of innovations and dealt with the question “What makes innovations successful in the market?”
