Smart Retail after COVID-19 - InBrief Analysis - Worldwide

COVID-19 brought most industries to a halt. The retail industry was not exempt from this effect and now, as the world seems to be getting back on track, consumer habits have changed. Online shopping boomed during the lockdown months and people started paying more attention to local sourcing and sustainability.
