In October 2024, the World Economic Forum (WEF), in collaboration with McKinsey, published a list of 22 new digital lighthouse factories worldwide. PAC has reviewed the list of new lighthouse factories from October 2024 (17 factory lighthouses, two end-to-end value chain lighthouses, and three sustainability lighthouses) and identified the ten most relevant ones. This report analyzes these factories to gain insights into the status quo of industrial AI.
