Over the past few years, governments and international bodies (UN, OECD) worldwide have developed guidelines and regulations on using artificial intelligence (AI). The level of maturity of these efforts and the chosen approach vary from country to country, with the upcoming EU AI Act considered as the first law on AI passed by a major regulator anywhere.
