Expert View: Data Center: New Construction or Upgrade?

These factors include physical infrastructure, technological obsolescence, regulatory compliance, cost analysis, sustainability, and operational continuity. These considerations are increasingly relevant when discussing the possible remigration from public cloud to on-premises environments if outsourcing or colocation are not feasible.
