Expert View: Freemium is becoming a relevant business model for business applications

While the shift of applications to SaaS is progressing, our high-speed world requires new business models to make the go-to-market more efficient and share value between users and providers. Given the number of successful examples that exist in the market, we expect more and more freemium business models to emerge around business applications. We believe in the value for all participants and have identified several drivers that will push this model forward in the future.
