Expert View: Businesses under pressure from upcoming sustainability regulations in the EU

As the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive will be taking effect at the start of their financial year 2024, European companies are getting ready, looking for the tools and partners to help them with the new rule set. However, in light of Europe’s ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ambitions, other regulations, such as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and the Green Claims Directive, will also impose stricter rules in relation to environmental and social sustainability.
