Founded in 2001, Lutech has grown into a leading Italian IT services provider, supported by the Apax fund since 2021. Thanks to over 30 acquisitions, the group now counts 20 companies, 5,100 employees, and €839 million in 2024 revenues (+23.2%). With headquarters near Milan and offices across Italy, Spain, China, and Albania, Lutech provides end-to-end services covering three stages: Innovation Advisory (via Lutech Next), Design & Delivery (based on expertise in cloud, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, industry-specific solutions, and major vendor platforms), and Operate & Optimize (managed services and SOC-based security). The company also invests in innovation with its AI platform Lutech BrAIn, Lutech Campus, and a Global Competence Center in Tirana. Growth in 2024 was boosted by new acquisitions, notably SAPiMSA, Netinex, Consulthink, and ABEX Italia. In PAC’s view, Lutech is positioned as a complete services provider, but its aggressive acquisition strategy may create governance challenges, making integration and structural streamlining essential for sustained growth.
