Exprivia is an Italian IT services provider active in Europe, South America, and Asia, with 2024 revenues of €209 million (+7.1%) and over 2,600 employees, most of them in Italy. Domestic operations remain its core business, generating €184.5 million (+5.6%) across multiple sectors. Growth was driven by demand in Finance (credit, CRM, cybersecurity), Telecom & Media (AI, cloud, CRM, customer experience), Energy & Utilities (data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure efficiency), and Aerospace & Defense (international tenders). Public and Healthcare also performed well, while Manufacturing was challenging, although Exprivia provided support in applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. International revenues rose by 27.9% to €21 million, driven by SAP services in China and Spain and aerospace projects in Germany, although operations in Brazil and Mexico declined, and India remains in the early stages.
Exprivia’s performance benefited from its 2024 delisting, which improved agility, some acquisitions (Balance and Mind Over Money), and its strong innovation partnerships. PAC views Exprivia as evolving from local, time-based services to innovative, large-scale offerings with good potential if it continues its international expansion.
Strategically speaking, Exprivia structures its portfolio around three pillars: Business Solutions, Corporate Data Platforms, and IT Infrastructure Services. Business Solutions supports processes across finance, healthcare, aerospace, telecom, and utilities, complemented by BPO services. Corporate Data Platforms covers CRM, HR, finance, asset management, and ERP, often deploying leading vendors. IT Infrastructure Services focuses on data, multi-cloud, automation, and cybersecurity. The company invests heavily in R&D and operates an Innovation Lab focused on AI, IoT, cybersecurity, blockchain, quantum computing, and digital twins.
