Atos - Vendor View - Belgium

Under its Genesis plan, Atos has reorganized around Atos (services), Eviden (products), and the new Atos Amplify consulting brand, refocusing on sovereign, AI-led transformation for public sector, defense, and regulated industries.

Key highlights:

  • Six Atos business lines, including Cloud & Modern Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data & AI, complemented by Atos Amplify (c. 800 consultants).
  • Eviden narrowed to cybersecurity products, mission-critical systems, and Vision AI following the sale of Bull to the French State (March 2026).
  • Sovereignty portfolio built out with Sovereign Agentic Studios (March 2026), Atos Sovereign Cloud (July 2026), and the Elastic partnership with BNN as European hub.
  • EU institutions underpin the Belgian business, led by a €326m European Commission cybersecurity framework agreement (September 2025).
  • Growth in defense (SICS training platform) and the Flemish Government outsourcing contract offset a 7.5% organic decline in BNN services revenue in H1 2026.

Atos is trading legacy outsourcing volume for consulting-led, sovereign AI and cybersecurity growth, with its EU-institution heritage as the main differentiator against hyperscalers and local rivals.
