According to PAC’s estimates, the services & consumers vertical accounts for around 14% of the IT expenditure in the United States; therefore, it is a key segment for the software vendors and IT services providers. PAC expects this sector to increase its share in the total IT expenditure in the next couple of years. PAC forecasts a CAGR 20/24 of 6.4%, which is above the market average.
