Despite COVID-19, slightly less than one third of thr CxO Investment Survey respondents expect to spend more on both customer experience management (31%) and customer relationship management (30%) over the next two years. 

22% of respondents from the Public Sector and Utilities fields intend to spend less over the next 24 months on CEM.
