Figure of the day: IT challenges - CxO survey - Italy

According to PAC's CxO Investment Survey IT priorities in Spanish organizations are focused on optimizing the user experience (47%) and, to a lesser extent (41%), on the alignment with the growing digitalization of customers’ needs. Companies, especially large organizations and service providers, aim to maximize their financial results, which is a major issue given the current difficult economic environment and the stagnation of consumption.

However, only in a limited number of companies – mainly large ones – IT departments actively contribute to the creation of new business models (37%): strategic decisions are clearly taken by business units, while IT departments mostly play an enabling role.
