Figure of the day: Business application enhancement - CxO survey - Belgium

69% of the CxO Survey respondents in Belgium plan to enhance their business applications in customer experience management within the next year.

In line with Belgian CxOs' priorities, customer experience management and security are the two areas where most companies plan to enhance their applications. The focus is different depending on the size of the company. Companies with more than 100 employees will mainly increase application security (78%), while companies with fewer than 100 employees will focus more on the customer experience (72%).
