Figure of the Day: Australian market for Public IaaS/ PaaS

According to PAC, Public IaaS/ PaaS will generate a AUD 4.7 bn market in 2021 (US$ 3.2 bn or € 2.9 bn) in Australia, representing nearly 3% of the worldwide Public IaaS/ PaaS market. This makes Australia the 6th largest market worldwide, behind the USA, China, the UK, Japan and Germany. By comparison Australia is ranking 9th in terms of IT spending with nearly 2% market share.
