Tougher requirements, more selective support: for more than five years, Microsoft has been continuously tightening the conditions for its partners and downsizing – or optimizing, as they would say – support for most partners. Economically speaking, this makes sense from Microsoft’s point of view, given that about 1% of German partners account for more than 90% of sales.
