Capgemini is moving decisively from experimenting with AI to industrializing it across its delivery model. Agentic ADM, Intelligent Business Operations, AI-enabled outsourcing, and sovereign cloud capabilities point toward a broader strategic shift. AI is being embedded in how Capgemini develops, maintains, and operates client processes and technologies. The financial momentum supports this direction. H1 2026 revenue reached €12.1 billion, up 11% at constant currencies, and Capgemini raised its full-year growth outlook. The bigger transformation, however, concerns the economics of IT services. AI challenges labor-arbitrage models and pushes providers toward platforms, reusable assets, outputs, and measurable business outcomes. For clients, this creates opportunities for lower operating costs and faster transformation. However, it also creates new dependencies around AI platforms, models, and service-provider ecosystems.
