Expert View: Digital Humans – a New Workforce for Retail and Customer Service?

As the technology is available, some digital humans, like Futura, Imma, Nola, Stella, Sama, and Digital Dani, have been “born” already. They are meant to improve the customer experience in areas like retail and customer service. The Digital Dani case does hold potential to improve customer engagement, but there is also the clear threat of creating a negative customer experience.
