Orange Business - Vendor View - Worldwide

Orange Business continues its deep transformation started in 2023 with a new foundational leitmotiv underlying the group’s strategy: “Trust the Future”. After building “Evolution Platform”, a software-defined, NFV-based, composable service delivery platform based on Orange’s network, Orange Business made a significant move to a “No Tech Without Trust” posture for B2B clients.

For every service, every proposition, every asset, every client, the company now offers a “Trust Belt” surrounding the offered services to support control over dependencies and sovereign needs. Orange Business has reviewed and simplified its cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity portfolios; it is also reviewing its AI offering to support infrastructure needs as well as trust & sovereignty needs.

For PAC, Orange Business presents the following key strengths:

  • Trusted foundational posture as a European native and a global partner. Strong focus on technological expertise to host and deliver “Everything as a Trusted Service” with isolation and air-gapped capacity for the most sensitive workloads (not global).
  • Integrated 3C (cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity) platform, value proposition and industry-specific assets in sectors such as banking, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Strong European culture and DNA, with a clear focus on MNCs (mostly European, but not only); specifically addresses SMBs in selected countries (Spain, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Central Africa, in line with the Orange Group footprint).
  • Controlled spin-out for sales and delivery in the Americas to Tech Mahindra as an ambassador, including staff transfer and joint business targets.
