Figure of the day: Salesforce-related services in Western Europe

According to PAC, Salesforce-related consulting and system integration services will generate a EUR 4.4 bn. market in 2021 in Western Europe. Following a remarkable 24% growth in 2020 in spite of the pandemic, PAC expects further 20%+ growth in the coming years, as Salesforce both expands its leadership in its core market and diversifies its offering, and users increasingly develop custom solutions using Salesforce’s technology.
The UK (26%), Germany (20%) and France (19%) make the bulk of this market, ahead of Italy (7.5%), the Netherlands and Sweden (4.5% each).
