Figure of the day: Microsoft Dynamics-related services in Western Europe

According to PAC, Microsoft Dynamics-related consulting and system integration services will generate a EUR 2.1 bn. in 2021 market in Western Europe. Following a 3.9% decrease in 2020 as small and medium businesses were strongly hit by the pandemic, PAC expects a substantial recovery in 2021 (+6%) and even more in the following years, as Microsoft is quite successful with the SaaS versions of its ERP and CRM products.
Germany (21%), the UK (18.5%) and France (14%) make the bulk of this market, ahead of Italy (7.5%) and Denmark (7%; strong penetration for historical reasons).
