According to PAC’s CxO Investment Survey, 64% of respondents worldwide do not know where to start their business app modernization journey.

This fully applies to 20% of respondents. A geographical breakdown shows this is most prevalent in Asia and Southern Europe. As for verticals, banking and insurance businesses need the most help with their modernization journey. This shows enough potential for IT providers to engage and sign new deals with organizations in this space.
