Figure of the day: Application Services in Spain

According to our analysts, application-related services (consulting, system integration, training and application management) will generate a €4.9bn market in 2021 in Spain, building the sixth largest market in Europe.

Following a substantial 10.5% decrease in 2020, the Spanish market is expected to rebound in 2021 and to accelerate in the coming years, thus overpassing its 2019 level in 2023. 

The Spanish market suffered more than the European average. This applies in particular to Public Sector (stable or even growing in most other countries) and to the Services industry (tourism was particularly impacted).
