Expert View: The Representation of Women in IT

It is well known that women are still underrepresented in software and IT services companies. This Expert View explains that a lack of support systems makes it hard for women to thrive in IT careers. This may prevent companies from recruiting much-needed talent and from growing through innovation as their workforce is too homogeneous. We will make some recommendations on how to achieve gender equality in the workplace.
