Most companies are investing heavily in cybersecurity. On the one hand, they have to do so to meet legal requirements; on the other, they understand that there is no way around it due to digitalization and a massively increasing threat situation. However, many companies still address one weak point half-heartedly: the human factor. Misconduct by users accounts for most security incidents. On the other hand, small mistakes made by admins can lead to massive security gaps. Companies obviously must continue to invest in technical measures but must also launch employee programs.
