The digital transformation of companies and the increase in e-commerce deployment has led to brands opening new channels to reach their customers. Despite tools such as CRM and DMP, companies struggle to collect and centralize structured and unstructured customer data on a single platform. As a result, they are turning to CDPs because they orchestrate customer journeys and show customers that they are known, recognized, and understood by offering them a unique experience.
