Dan Bieler is a Principal Analyst and Consultant at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), specializing in digital strategy, innovation, and business model transformation across the European technology market. His expertise includes customer and employee experience (CX, EX), subscription and data monetization strategies, the future of work, and the evolution of the telecom sector as a key enabler of Europe’s digital infrastructure.
With over 20 years of experience, Dan has advised senior executives on digital strategy, innovation management, and telecoms transformation. Before joining PAC, he was a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research and held leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom, IDC, and Informa, focusing on research, marketing strategy, and executive engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking. He holds an M.Sc. in Emerging Markets Economies from SOAS, University of London, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
At PAC, he leads strategic consulting engagements, develops market analysis and forecasts, and helps clients align business and technology priorities. Based in Munich, he contributes to thought leadership through publications, events, and advisory activities.
