Figure of the day: IT challenge cost reduction - CxO survey - Germany

39% of the enterprise leaders in Germany, we interviewed for the CxO Investment Survey, say that the pressure on IT operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency is a major challenge for their organization. Manufacturing companies in our sample see this item as the most important hurdle (41%). These results are in line with the findings described above: companies want to improve their operational efficiency as an answer to the current, volatile economic environment in the country.
