Figure of the day: Application Services in Finland

According to PAC, Application-related services (consulting, system integration, training and application management) will generate a €2.1bn market in 2021 in Finland, making it the eleventh largest market in Western Europe.

Following a moderate 3.9% decline in 2020, the Finish market is expected to recover in 2021 and accelerate in the coming years, nearly achieving the 2019 level as soon as in 2021. 

Finland represents the third largest among the Nordics markets, generating 19% of the region, well behind Sweden (42%), slightly behind Denmark (22%) and just ahead of Norway (18%). The region as a whole proved to be significantly more resilient than the European average.
