Atos scoops up another Dutch-based IT provider

Within the space of two months, Atos made its second deal in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Profit4SF, a Salesforce consultancy.

The acquisition of Proft4SF follows another acquisition in December 2020, picking up cybersecurity consultancy Motiv ICT Security, one of the largest Managed Security Services providers in the Netherlands. The deal will boost Atos' threat detection and response capabilities while simultaneously expanding its Security Operations Center (SOC) network, a crucial component of Atos' Prescriptive Security platform.

Motiv adds 180 highly skilled cybersecurity experts besides the Motiv Academy, known for its ability to fast-track new talent into SOC operational deployment to Atos' security business. Additionally, in the process, Atos adds to its business over 100 mid-to-large customers stemming from the public sector (incl. healthcare) and financial services.

Atos' most recent acquisition in the Netherlands is Profit4SF, a Salesforce consulting and implementation specialist (Platinum Salesforce Partner with over 160 Salesforce certifications) based in Utrecht, adding 30 Salesforce specialists to the business. According to Peter 't Jong, Head of Atos in the Netherlands, Profit4SF's strong mid-market experience and solid customer base in the Netherlands will bring immediate value to Atos' customers, partners, and teams.

The move further strengthens Atos' Salesforce capabilities, a space the firm continues to invest in heavily - acquiring US-based Eagle Creek (Salesforce Gold Partner) and the French Edifixio (Salesforce Gold Partner) in December 2020 to further supplement its regional and global delivery capabilities.
